You are warmly invited to join us for regular Zen meditation, either online or in person. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome to come and sit with us. Through regular practice, the teachings become part of our daily lives.
Our Weekly schedule:
We meet on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings online for half an hour of meditation, from 7.30–8am. If you’d like to join us online, please get in touch. We like to have a brief conversation before sharing the Zoom link.
We also sit together on Tuesday evenings, both in person and online, from 7.30–9pm. The evening includes two periods of sitting meditation, with walking meditation in between. There may also be Dharma talks and Dharma study groups, and meditation instruction is available.
There is also an opportunity to have a private meeting (Dokusan) with Tania Sensei, where you can talk about your practice.
